InstantHMI Desktop Companion Software

The creation of tags, messages and recipes directly on the Palm Handheld is possible with InstantHMI; however, this task is made much more convenient by the Design Project function provided in the InstantHMI Desktop companion software.

The InstantHMI Desktop software running on a Windows PC presents a simple and concise user interface to the various features built into InstantHMI: Project Design (Tag, Message and Recipe Management), User Access and Passwords, Data Logging, Analysis and Historic Trending. All the features are accessible through seven buttons on the Desktop.

You can setup InstantHMI to your liking and transfer these changes to your Palm OS or Pocket PC based handheld.   The Desktop Companion software is compatible with both Palm OS and Pocket PC versions of InstantHMI so you can configure many handhelds all from one convenient location.  You can also transfer tag, recipe and message configurations from one handheld to another using the Desktop Companion software, all with a few simple clicks.
