1	Some software upgrades require new registration activation code (from Software Horizons). Nominal support and handling charges may apply.
2	InstantHMI is meant for a single installation on one Palm/PPC/WCE. Re-installation on the same unit or transfer of installation to a different unit will require a new registration activation code from Software Horizons. Additional charges may apply.
3	Warranties on InstantHMI and other products manufactured by Software Horizons are in accordance with Software Horizons standard terms and conditions. Warranties on third party software or hardware are limited to manufacturer's warranty.

5	Re-stocking charges apply on returns. Some hardware returnable only to manufacturer. Call for RMA before returning item.
6	Maintenance must be purchased with the original software / system order. Otherwise upgrade prices in effect will apply.
7	40% of corresponding list price per year (includes version upgrades and maintenance releases).
8	Charge for upgrade is difference in cost (old item vs. new item). There will be a Service Charge of $50 for upgrade within 90 days of original purchase and $100 thereafter. Version upgrade and platform upgrade charges will be additional.
